I've been a healthy non-vegetarian eater my whole life. I was never convinced that eating only a vegetarian diet would help me lose weight and become leaner. In fact, I have friends participating in body building contests who eat only eggs and chicken.

This book comes with simple alternatives about how to build your body without losing out to essential elements. I've been handling some weight issues and this was a good book to supplement me especially in making food choices which did not deplete me of vital nutrients.

What I liked about the book is the ease and simplicity with which the book is written. I found it nice to know that with the help of a proper diet, one can achieve the physique which he wants. It helps to have someone validate and actually say that something worked. I want to try out going vegetarian for a period of time and now maybe I will.

Highly recommend this as a good factual read!

Ben Gfrorer book is full of clear direction on meeting your bodybuilding goals. I was amazed by the information the book provided and it has helped me set goals for myself. I am not a vegan but the nutritional information will help me make better choices with my diet. I truly recommend this book.
This book looks like a bus conversation. Quick tips without any justification and it's just a bunch of information you already know or you can get just with a couple of hours of web searching. I can't believe I spend money on this..
This book contained very basic information that would only slightly benefit someone very new to vegetarianism. There was more focus on bodybuilding than a vegetarian diet that would support bodybuilding. There were not enough options given, only what this person has done. If you are looking for help creating a whole foods vegetarian diet to support your athletic endeavors, this book is not for you.
This was not worth $10. It is incredibly short with very thin information (only about 22 pages). All of the same content can be learned online for free in a couple hours of surfing. It really looks as if the author did just that; scanned a bunch of vegetarian websites and wrote this book in a day. I can't believe it got 7 five-star reviews, which is how I got suckered into buying it. Don't be next.
When I first open this ebook I thought "Oh on, another muscle head letting us know how smart he is" But after I really got into the book, I realized this author really is a smart guy. He takes you on a personal journey, which in turn become a guide for healthy living. This book is great for women as well as men, If you are trying to bulk up, just lose fat or help control a disease like diabetes you will not be sorry you purchased this ebook
I have always been a vegetarian and into fitness as well. I love the way this book is written and it has useful material on eating and fitness. I have needed a good book that has been well researched like this one has. I highly suggest this book.
I must say that this book truly gives some clear instructions to meet up health and fitness level in to some extent. When reading this I felt that the author has very clear knowledge about what he’s going to write and in this subject too. I’m not a vegetarian but after reading this I notice that how strengthen the vegetarian diet help to gain the good health and fitness than the non vegetarian diet. Just go through this book to maintain your good health.
